Pull, not push

The clinic main door has a "Tarik" (Pull) sign, but the door can be opened both ways.
A primary school girl pull the door. An adult push the door.

Our company glass door has "Pull" sign at the entrance, and "Push" sign at the back of the door, but the door can be opened both ways.
> 95% of the time, people entering by pushing, not pulling the door.

Company policy clearly stated 'prohibited to browse internet which the activities are not related to work'. But there are still people who check webmail, facebook, friendster.. etc during office hour.

The "Need for Speed" game has shorter track(s) for each race. If you use the shorter tracks, you may be much faster than others and win the race.

If a written instruction/rule is meant to be strictly followed, besides changing human's attitude (which is a Vision), the only solution is to have solid solution aligned with the rule.
For example:
1. When the door says "Pull" only: make the door pullable and not pushable.
2. "Do not browse to non-work-related websites": block all webmails, facebook etc sites.
